By far the best pet shop in Mackay. The staff are amazing, so knowledgeable and so lovely to talk with! Hands down, you won't get better service - trust me, I've been to them all!

Birds & lizards have poor living conditions & made me sick. Bird cages weren’t clean & had nothing to entertain themselves with. The finches were losing their feathers to what I assume is stress & walking through there is just sad. The lizards had no logs/ huts to rest in. Their quality of life before finding a home is disgusting & I will be letting everyone know about it.

The receptionists are very kind and very informative. Oh, dont forget they have membership card and if you earn like ten or something, you get discounts for pet food!:)

They sell vetafarm pellets yet feed their birds an inferior seed mix. Birds kept in gross conditions, the poor blue and gold macaw has one poo covered perch which is horrible for his feet, his feathers are in atrocious condition (most likely die to poor nutrition, lack of vitamin D and lack of baths). Couldn't get served because the 2 people in there were too busy talking about a sports game they played and refused to serve us, so just walked out. Incredibly rude employees and horribly kept animals (there was also a few dead fish in the tanks).
